particularly appreciated the way the team worked together and the ‘can-do’ attitude and professional work of all involved from the very start of the project. Although everyone worked very hard to meet my deadline at the end of September, good humour always prevailed. When some minor problems occurred, they were resolved swiftly and efficiently. I have nothing but praise for your company and would certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of extending into their loft. I shall also contact you in January to organise some other ground floor extension work I would like to do in my house in May or June 2014.

May I especially commend the work of David Ward at the design stage, of Bobby and Sam whose supervision was excellent and, last but not least, of Laura without whom the wheel would grind to a halt. She was extremely good at co-ordinating, very patient with me throughout the project and acted fast and efficiently, for which I would like to thank her.
