Who we are
SMA Lofts & Extensions has been established since 1996, trading continuously since then. To date, we have completed over 2300 projects in and around the London area.
Originally a specialist loft conversion company, we have expanded to include extensions & refurbishment work at the behest of our clients. We provide a full service package. Initially we will provide design drawings and a formal, fully detailed quotation. Our contract is based on our quotation so there are no hidden surprises or small print!

We keep up with the latest techniques of building and have qualified tradesmen to ensure that your project is carried out safely, conforming with Building Control needs & requirements accordingly. We also make sure that we keep to the highest standards on projects, additionally everyone who works for us is health & safety trained.
